Eleos | Requests for Adding or Deactivating Users

Counties live on Eleos SMARTScribe/SMARTComply can request to add new users or deactivate existing users using the form below. Submitting the form creates a HubSpot ticket and assigns it to the team handling these requests.

 Adding a New User

  1. Log into Eleos Zendesk: Requests – Eleos Help Center
  2. Click Submit a Case in the upper right.
  3. Under "Choose your issue," select Request.
  4. Set CC to Andy and Kelly.
  5. Set Request Type to User Management.
  6. Set the Subject to match the Streamline Zendesk format: [County name] Add new user | HubSpot ticket #
  7. Copy the form submission from the HubSpot ticket into the Description.
  8. Click Submit.
  9. Add the resulting Eleos ticket number back to the HubSpot ticket.

Deactivating a User

  1. Log into Eleos Zendesk: Requests – Eleos Help Center
  2. Click Submit a Case in the upper right.
  3. Under "Choose your issue," select Request.
  4. Set CC to Andy and Kelly.
  5. Set Request Type to User Management.
  6. Set the Subject to match the Streamline Zendesk format: [County name] Deactivate user | HubSpot ticket #
  7. Copy the form submission from the HubSpot ticket into the Description.
  8. Click Submit.
  9. Add the resulting Eleos ticket number back to the HubSpot ticket.

Looking Ahead

By the end of 2026 or early 2027, counties are expected to gain the ability to add and deactivate their own users directly, removing the need for this request process.
