Browser Setup for Optimal Performance
Many Eleos issues can be resolved by ensuring your browser environment is properly configured before troubleshooting further. Two of the most common causes of loading problems, login issues, and session errors are multiple open EHR tabs and an outdated browser cache.
Use Only One EHR Tab
While using Eleos, keep only one tab open for your EHR (SmartCare) at a time. Multiple open EHR tabs can cause session conflicts that affect Eleos functionality.
Clear Your Browser Cache
Clearing your cache removes outdated files and settings that can interfere with Eleos. This does not delete any files from your computer.
Set the time range to All Time and ensure Cached Images and Files is selected before clearing.
Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot icon in the top right corner of your browser
- Click Settings
- On the left, click Privacy and Security
- Click Clear Browsing Data
- Set Time Range to All Time
- Check Cached Images and Files
- Click Clear Data
- Close and reopen Chrome
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot icon in the top right corner of your browser
- Click Settings
- Click Privacy, Search and Services
- Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose What to Clear
- Set Time Range to All Time
- Check Cached Images and Files
- Click Clear Now
- Close and reopen Edge
